Issue Description
A SmartObject with a name of more than 128 characters in a workflow's E-mail step causes an error on deployment.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “Missing reference at SmartobjectField. Error: the value cannot be more than 128 characters in length”
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP16 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP16 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
