Issue Description
After several days of production activity, K2 performance deteriorates and causes K2 instance to slow down.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP40 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP40 to apply the fix.
Considerations
Running instances with IPC events in error state will not be fixed. Only new instances.
