Archiving workflow data

Hi All-

We're thinking about archiving data from our FIVE database, however based on the KB002184 and a recent support ticket, it doesn't appear that there is a way to restore this data to PROD (as we could in 4.7) and K2 is not planning to provide any guidance around archiving or reporting on the archive data.  We'd like to archive in order to keep our production database size down (currently 200GB), however need the ability to retrieve this data for audit purposes.

Has anyone archived in FIVE or have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance,

Jef

Hi Jef,

I'm not sure if there is an existing out-out the box feature in K2 Five that can do that. I would recommend up voting the follow idea https://ideas.k2.com/ideas/APIT-I-1453. I notice there is an existing Workflow Reporting Service, I'm just wondering if this is something can be used to point to the archived database. I haven't tested it yet, perhaps it's something that is worth to look into it.
