By default when a document is uploaded to a SharePoint Library that has a Nintex Form associated to the document content type to collect metadata, the Nintex Form will not appear. The document properties need to be edited to display the Nintex Form but the library can be configured to display a Nintex Form after a document is uploaded.
Instructions
A column on the document library needs to be configured as required.
As there is a required field that needs metadata the Nintex Form will be displayed to collect the data for the document that was just uploaded.
