Issue
Users accessing your Nintex Promapp site may receive the following error message:
Unauthorised Access
or a duplicate user may be created when accessing your site using SSO.

Resolution
Update the Nintex Promapp user names to match the Identity Provider NameID:
- Navigate to Admin > Users
- Export the users list by selecting the Excel icon
- Update the user names in the spreadsheet to match the IdP NameID
- Go the the cog wheel menu and select Import Users
- Select the file you have saved
- Select Import

If the certificate and other information in your IdP and Nintex Promapp settings are correct, this may be the issue.
