Issue

A Nintex Promapp Process Group has no Viewing Permissions assigned and is visible to all users.

 

Resolution

Assign a viewing permission to the group:
  1. Right click on the group in the black navigation pane
  2. Select Edit Viewing Permissions
  3. Select General or other viewing permission from the list
  4. Select the Add button
  5. Select Save
