I'm trying to check in my form, but there is a rule on my list than can not be resolved, and I cannot delete it. I have tried adding additional items to this rule to see if it would resolve it, but nothing can be added either. Does anyone know how I can delete this rule?

I will suggest you log a support ticket with K2 Support for this. There seems to be something wrong with the definition itself, and I'm not sure if you can rectify it using the Designer alone.
If it's not too much trouble, you can consider deleting your form, and recreate it again.
