Code Fix: Activating SharePoint site collections results in the default scheduled period of 15 minutes not being set

Issue Description

When activating SharePoint site collections for K2 App integration, the default schedule period of 15 minutes is not set for the SyncEngine.ProviderInstance.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP1 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP1 to apply the fix.
  4. Refresh the browser.

Considerations

Only new SharePoint sites will have schedules set to the default 15 minutes.
Existing Providers will not be updated.
