Hello.

I have list workflows on several sites that trigger emails to one or two persons when item is created or changed. These have been working as expected since 2018. Yesterday, 4 different workflows on three different lists started sending 3-15 duplicates. When I check there is only one instance of the list workflow on the site, and the workflows only ran once for each list item.

We are still using Microsoft workflow cloud.

Has anyone seen this or know what I can do to stop the duplicate emails? Tyia.

@eridonis it was likely related to this https://status.nintex.com/pages/history/566925105401bb333d000014 , a fix was released by Microsoft. Are you still seeing an issue?

I would recommend checking the status page first and then raising a support ticket if you have an issue like this again.

Hi @eridonis ,

DO you see the same issue with SharePoint designer emails?

Thank you! Yes, it was related to the MS issue. After that was fixed, my workflows stopped sending duplicates.
