Hi all,

I am using the action 'office 365 update items' to try and update the 'name' of my document sets.

I have selected to update all list items:

I have specified the metadata field (name) and the value I want to input (balloon)

The result is that the workflow is suspended and shows the following comment in the history 'unable to find list item to update' (please ignore the 'sharegate' user - it is just the name of my account).

This workflow will complete successfully if I am updating the name of documents.

Any thoughts?

Many thanks,

Mike

‌ is this document set library migrated with Sharegate? I faced many issues when working with lists/ libraries migrated with Sharegate using Nintex actions. Try to create a new document library and use the workflow on the new one - verify if it works there properly.

If this is a case try to migrate the library once again but in two steps - first structure, second - contents.

Regards,

Tomasz
