Hello,

I have an Azure Active Directory group of users.  On occasion I need to create a task for each individual user of this group.  With the on-prem version of Nintex Workflow I was able to do an LDAP query into a collection then do a For Each loop to create the task.  I now need to migrate this process to O365.

Questions:

- How can I enumerate the group to a collection so that individual tasks can be created?

- With O365, is there an easier way to do this?  Does the Assign a Task or Start a Task Process allow for a group to be added?  Individual tasks are required.

- Will these solutions work if I add the AD group to a SharePoint group then run the workflow on the SharePoint group?  As in will the process enumerate nested groups?

Thank you,

Matt

You could use the web service action and use the Sharepoint service available at https://yourserver/_vti_bin/usergroup.asmx
