Lazy approval phases all not not working in office 365 Assigna task

Hi ,

 

Assign a task action ,Selected  Lazy approval but only below phases are working ..

Reject
Approve

 

Below phases are not working 

approved

ok 

Yes

no 

rejected .

 

May I know is there any configuration needs to be changed ?

    It's supposed to work. Just be sure not to have any trailing space or other word in the answer.
