Workflow upgrade failed (administration service not started)

Hello,

I am new to the upgrade process and I have encountered an error while trying to upgrade my dev environment running on SharePoint 2013.

 

Here is the error:

Where do I find the administration service on the server? From the list of services I did not see it listed.

I verified that the Sharepoint Administration Service running on all 4 servers (WFEs and Apps). I then recycled the services to ensure nothing was hung up. I then retried the installer. This time it was successful.

I verified that the Sharepoint Administration Service running on all 4 servers (WFEs and Apps). I then recycled the services to ensure nothing was hung up. I then retried the installer. This time it was successful.
