Custom Environment Variable Retaining Old Value after Update

Issue

After changing the value of an environment variable in the K2 Management Environment Library, workflows are still using the old value at Runtime.

Resolution

The environment variable may still have the old value in the string table. You can check this by going to K2 Management -> Workflow Server -> String Table -> [Environment].

Additional Information

If you are changing an environment variable, to update this at the workflow runtime level redeploy the workflow to the environment after making the change to ensure string tables are also updated.
