Issue Description
An error occurs when a user attempts to create or deploy a package in K2 Package and Deployment, even though the user does have Publish Rights.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “[Username] does not have SmartObject Publish Rights”.
Resolution
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:
