Cannot find the template in the documents folder in O365 Sharepoint for document generation

Hi, 

I want to insert my template that I saved in the documents folder in SharePoint O365 as "xyz.docx" but somehow it is not able to find it. (see attached screenshot)

When I click on "create new template" and then save it, I can also not select that document either. 

 

Do I have to change any settings or requirements for the doc so that it appears for the docum?

    Hi,

    Based on the screenshot showing the spinner next to the document list it looks like there is an issue retrieving documents. Do you see any errors in the Browser console?
    Have you tried a different browser?
    Have you tried configuring the action with another user in case there is a permissions issue?
