Can't open Nintex Forms on Office 365 / SharePoint Online

Hi Community / Support-Team,

sometimes when I try to open a Nintex form from my sharepoint-list (the nintex-form shows the document metadata) I receive this screen in Google Chrome and nothing happens:

As you can see, an error is shown @ chrome console.

If I try later again, it works most of the time. What is the problem here? Any suggestions?

(Nintex Forms for Office 365, App Version: NFO 2.0.1.1)

    Hi,

    Try Updating to the latest build of chrome Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit) as only the latest build is supported.

    Hello Lewis,
    thanks for your answer! I don't understand the relation between this nintex forms error and the microsoft support team?! Could you please give me more details? Is this bug a O365 bug? It happens only sometimes, most of the time I can open the nintex form without problems.
