Nintex Promapp - Publishing the Process does not reset the review date

Issue

When a Process is published the review date for the Process is not marked as reviewed and the review date is not reset.

 

Resolution

Change the setting Enable explicit process reviews to OFF.  

 

Additional Information

When Enable explicit process reviews is ON the Process Owner and Expert have to choose the Reviewed It option from their My reviews dashboard.  

When this setting is OFF, the Process will be considered reviewed with each publish, and the review date will reset.  If the Process hasn't been published again before the review date comes up, a notification will be appear on the Process Owner and Experts My reviews dashboard for the Process to be reviewed.
