Nintex Promapp - Process List Report is not showing any Processes

Issue

The Process List report has loaded and no Processes are showing in the report.

 

Resolution

The report does not load any Processes when first loaded.
  1. Select some filters e.g. A Process Group - or leave the filters as they are to show the entire Process List
  2. Select the Refresh button
