ISSUE
When accessing workflows in Office 365, the following error might occur: 

Some workflows may not be shown. We are unable to reach the workflow service
 
ERROR CODE
Some workflows may not be shown. We are unable to reach the workflow service

RESOLUTION
Contact Microsoft to verify the Workflow Manager service is functioning correctly.
