One workflow unexpectedly show th next error, but only I start again same workflow and run correctly, I dont know because first time show me an error???.

Possibly a related to the workflow task was deleted, thus the workflow was terminated. It is also possible, that once you have the workflow running on a specific item, you started the same workflow, on the same item again, so it got terminated as there can be only one instance of a specific workflow running on a specific item.
