Issue Description

When SQL timeouts occur on an environment, the related “7497” error message does not display in the HostServerLogging.config file. A “Message not found” error was displayed instead.

Error Message

The following error is displayed in the HostServerLogging.config file: “7497 Logging Framework Error, MsgID=7497 (Message Not Found)”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP8 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP8 to apply the fix.
