Nintex Promapp - Roles appearing twice in a Procedure or Map View

Issue

A Role may duplicated for an activity on a Nintex Promapp Process Map or Procedure view.

 

Resolution

  1. Remove the role from the Process where it is duplicated- Publish the new process
  2. Re-add the role to the Process
  3. Publish the Process again

 

Additional Information

This may occur after roles have been merged
