My scenario is

i created one new workflow in that workflow i used one user id (our domain) in mail to address. after finished then submitted the form.

when workflow reach the particular step is not worked.

Then i checked the error in manually in k2 Management error.

Is there any way to find the error in the workflow itself (error handler). if any error occured the step it is noticed the administrator is very useful to resolve the issue , otherwise everytime need to check very difficult.

Is there any default feature in k2 designer itself?

Regards

Maheen

Hi  @Maheen0786;

I think you can handle error in design(https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2five/userguide/5.1/default.htm#How-Tos/ErrorEventAndMethod/HowToUseTheErrorEventAndMethod.htm) not sure of the default out of the box feature.

but i think it'will make a great feature to be included in the workflow designer,please log it as a feature request from our ideas page(https://ideas.k2.com/)

Thanks & Regards;

Widson.

Hi Maheen0786,

There is a community tool created in early K2 versions. Perhaps it might work with your scenario.

(K2 Process Error Notification Service Version)

As far as the out-of-the box feature, i believe similar feature request has logged a while back, please vote here: https://ideas.k2.com/ideas/APIT-I-12
