How to re-cache the service account login credentials as i have changed the password of service account.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

Hi  @BTC

I did a bit of research and this is what I found on 'How to cache credentials'

1.Identify and select the security label against which a set of credentials will be cached. Click Add Credentials.

2.Populate the Add Credentials screen.

3.Click OK. The system will validate the existence of a user account for the set of credentials provided. If the credentials are valid, the following message displays

4.When the process completes successfully, the user account is active and the user credentials can be authenticated. If the credentials fail authentication, troubleshooting may be required on the backend system.
