How to see how pages will format when merging in Word without running the Document Package

 

Instructions

  • Open up your first Word template in Word
  • Click on the Insert tab
  • Click on the arrow next to Object (in the Text section)
  • Choose Text from File
  • Choose your next template from your computer
  • Insert
This will merge the two files together, providing a look at how the final template will be formatted.
