I have a Nintex form (On Prem) that contains control descriptions but want those to be hidden once the form is submitted. So that when the submission is being review by the team that manages the list, they are not cluttered with the description that they do not need. Only the customer needs the description, so we only need it to show when the form is being utilized initially.
