Issue
The K2 Worklist web part from the SharePoint homepage displays a users tasks and other days it does not. This issue happens intermittently.
Symptoms
A users tasks' sporadically appears and dissappears from the K2 worklist web part.Resolution
This issue occurs due to the old users still being cached. The issue can be resolved by running the following command for the rows of the users not being considered anymore:
Update [K2].[Identity].[Identity] Set Enabled = 0, Resolved = 0, ContainersResolved = 0 Where ID = [ID]
After completing the command above, please restart the K2 Service.
