Issue

Docusign Service instance is failing to register in early K2 Blackpearl version 4.6.11 and 4.7 RTM.

 

Error message: "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."

Symptoms

TLS 1.0 support from DocuSign Demo environment has ended on 5/29/2018.

Resolution

Upgrading to K2 Blackpearl 4.7 March CU with FP10 should resolve the issue.
