Hi Community.
In our farm we have more than 25-30 workflows. Which works fine but since yesterday we started having two errors especially and lot of workflows ending with error.
Weird thing is it doesn't happen to all the workflows.
ERROR:
Failed to send notification. Error=Value=ClrException_System_InvalidOperationException, Tag=0x0121d3da, Message=Exception=System.InvalidOperationException, Message=Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool.
On Another note. We have Lazy approval enabled in our farm which has been working fine for the past two years with no issue.
But now all of a sudden the Lazy Approval response is not being interpreted. Nintex is not getting the response back even though end users reply with a valid outcome. And the workflow stays In Progress until opened in the browser and approved manually.
