Code Fix: K2 Server is unable to start after installing K2 Five (5.2) Fix Pack 8

Issue Description

After installing K2 Five (5.2) Fix Pack 8 on an environment with SQL 2012, the K2 Server is unable to start

Error Message

The error message will indicate that there is an error starting the Host Server.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP9 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP9 to apply the fix.
