call web service "GetuserInfo" method error

I'm getting the following error: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

I found a suggested fix on the web :Use a static variable to verify the information.  However I don't know what does it exactly means on how to fix it.Please help

Are you able to provide a link to the fix you found?

Do you see the same error if you use a web service testing tool such as Postman?

So the Knowledge Base article is saying that if you are using a reference in the request message and try test in the Nintex workflow designer "run now" you will get a 500 error.
Are you hardcoding the user info in your action or using a reference?
Have you tried running the workflow rather than just hitting the run now in the Call web Service action?
