Step-1 :if you have suspended workflows ,Terminate that 

 

Step-2 :Use Nintex Start Workflow Action

3) if you have multiple item to restart, Loop all theitem and pass id in to ITEM ID or GUID

In O365, how do you know that the workflow has errored without checking the workflow history? if you have 100 workflows that got terminated due to some error, how do you capture the ID's of these?

i have one more column to track the workflow status where i can get all the details, based on that workflow can restart
