Issue Description

When you perform a reconfigure on K2 Five (5.5) March Cumulative Update 2022 Fix Pack 1, point the setup manager to a new database, or delete the KSPX entries from the HostServer.HostServerSettings table, the setup manager fails with a blocking issue.

Error Message:

The following error occurs: “Installer Blocking Error: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Error %d, Level %d, State %d, Procedure %s, Line %dCannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Form.ActionItem' with unique index 'UX_Form_ActionItem_ID'. The duplicate key value is (90858d76-cf4c-47e9-9316-de0951f5ec33)”

Resolution

The fix is available in:

  • K2 Five (5.5) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 04.

 

  1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
  2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
  3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
