You may run reports on the status of documents, and can also view some rollup statistics.

Note: The quickest way to get to a specific document may be to use either the Document Search or the Completed Documents reports. When results are returned, click on the Document Name to view document details, document tasks, signatories and document history.

Available reports include ...

  • Document Search
    • Minimally, to perform a  document search, you must enter a From and To date, and Advanced View allows you to add filters, and also save your filter
  • Document Envelope Search
    • This report will be present if your account is using the Envelope feature for sending multiple documents
  • Incomplete Document Setups
    • The Incomplete Document Setups report shows pending document sends that were edited but have not yet been sent out for signature
  • Completed Documents
    • Similar to the Document Search, this report will display only completed documents
  • Daily Totals
    • The Daily Totals report provides per-day total statistics for document disposition that may be drilled into for further analysis
      • Enter the from & to date range in MM/DD/YYYY format or click on the calendar icon then click submit
      • This report can be viewed in simple or advance view
      • You can save this report in Excel or CSV format for later use
      • The report provides a count of the following:
        • Number of documents created
        • Number of documents completed the same day they were received
        • Provides a same day completion rate percentage
        • Number of documents completed
        • Number of documents declined
        • Number of documents cancelled
        • Number of documents expired
  • Sub Account Totals
    • the Sub Account Totals report provides a break out of document disposition for any sub-accounts you have created in your account
  • Template Usage
    • the Template Usage report is similar to the Daily Totals report, but breaks out totals by specific Template upon which a document was created
  • Document Statistics
    • This is a summary report with statistics on rates of dispositions and information about signing performance for the date range specified
      • Enter the date range in MM/DD/YYYY format or use the calendar icon & then click submit
      • This report provides detailed statics of the following:
        • Number of documents created
        • Number of documents completed the same day
        • Total number of completed documents
        • The percentage of the total completed documents
        • Total number of declined documents
        • The percentage of declined documents
        • Total number of cancelled documents
        • The percentage of cancelled documents
        • Number of documents expired
        • The percentage of expired documents
        • Maximum number of days documents are completed
        • Average completion time in hours
      • Click on Excel or CSV to save the report in that format

 

Document Search allows you to view a list of documents matching a specified search criteria

  • You can change the layout of the report by clicking on either Switch to Simple View or Switch to Advance View
  • You are able to save the search criteria to recall for later use
  • You can save the report in formats of Excel or CSV to recall for later use


Note: In the returned results click on Document Name to view document details, document tasks, signatories and document history.


Query Filter Views

Simple View

  • Allows you to the run report based on a specific time frame
    • The From Date defaults to one week prior to the current date and the To Date is the Current Date but it can be edited to reflect the date range desired.
    • Enter a date range and click submit
    • Click Excel or CSV to save the report to recall for later use
  • If the report is multiple pages, click on the left and right arrows to advance to another page


Advanced View

  • Allows you to run the report based on more specific search criteria:
    • Dates:
      • Creation Date
      • Start Date
      • Completion Date
      • Scheduled Expiration Date
    • Document ID
    • Order Number
    • Document Name
    • Signatory Name
    • Account(s)
    • User Name
    • Status
    • Document Template
  • You may name & save the search criteria for later use
