Instructions

1. Open the Nintex Form designer.
2. Click the "Settings" icon on the ribbon under the Nintex Forms tab.
3. Expand the "Advanced" section and type the redirect address in the redirect URL field.
4. Save the form.

Option 2

A Redirect URL can be configured for buttons on Nintex Task forms.

1. In the Nintex Forms designer double click on the submit button to open the controls settings dialog. 
2. Expand the "Advanced" section and type the redirect address in the redirect URL field.
3. Click save.
