I have two global filters that change the value on multiple models. Last week the filters worked without issues. Today I keep getting "“Unable to connect to the server (transaction aborted: timeout).” On occasion the error appears when the page loads as well. I am not sure if this is an issue with my code or connection.

Here is a shot of the console:

Please let me know what other info would be helpful in troubleshooting this issue.

Thank you,

Tami

Karen,

I clicked the provided link and it brings me to a log in page where there is endless loop of trying to log in.

Based on description in the URL I am experiencing that issue as well. I login and do some stuff then go to another page and it will say that my session has expired and I have to log back in.

Sorry about that, sent the link from the admin side. Here’s the post: https://community.skuid.com/t/skuid-session-expired-after-logging-in. I am wondering if these two issues are related … I’ll check with the devs and let you know …

Thanks!
Karen

Karen,

Yes I am experiencing what is described in the link. It is really annoying. I log in work in a new tab on something then go to another tab. After I make a bunch of changes and they try and save I get the message that my session timed out. I then loose everything I was working on.

The error message is a VisualForce remoting issue thrown by Salesforce. Check out this post and see if increasing the timeout solves your problem.

Thanks!
Karen
