Hi everyone,

I have a random issue where the default time is randomly changing from some of my users. It should default to NOW() and is correct most of the time. Even when the record is saved it is correct, however sometimes it reads incorrectly.

See the below for reference…

Can anyone please advise?

Some users? Are their timezone settings correct? However, that 57-minute difference may be a different issue…

Hi Mike,

First thing we checked was the time zones and so on. I believe this is something else.

Are you able to further give clarity into when it does fail and when it works? Intermittency is the bane of support’s existence. Do certain times work and others don’t? Do you have any hunches? Etc.
