I have found out that my users with force.com license are not able to see Chatter feed in accounts.

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Interesting problem. This is one thing that comes to mind.


  1. Do they have access to the Social Visual Force page? Go through the Profile and look for “Enabled Visualforce Page Access”


  1. Would you mind giving us login rights to your org so we can take a look at what is going on? Maybe you can grant login rights both from an admin user and from a user who is having this problem.

Then send an email to support@skuidify.com with your org Id and the name of the page where the problem is happening.

1. They do have access to Social Visual Force page, I have confirmed that they are able to see Chatter in custom objects using Skuid pages but not in Accounts.
