I am attempting to do some reconciling of licenses in our org, and I am finding that the number of licensed users that show up in the list is not matching the used licenses roll-up at the top of the visualforce page. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Additional information: I made sure that it is show all users, I have the filtering set to all, and I have counted it 4 times. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but we just upgraded to Millau version 28.

Hi Nick,  I am not sure if this would help but this link provides the XML to a Skuid Licence management page: https://docs.skuid.com/latest/en/skuid/deploy/salesforce/user-access/#skuid-sample-page-license-mana…

Let me know if I can assist further.

Hi Nicholas,

If you have a force.com (edit: or community) site set up, you may have a “guest user” assigned that extra license. The guest users don’t always show as normal users. Can you check to see if this is the case?

Here’s more about guest users: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=rss_config_guest_user_profile.htm&type=5

Thank you for this information. That is what it was. Thank you very much.

Ben, thanks for the information. The page definitely helped find where it was allocated. Mark’s info below helped confirm where that license is being allocated.

Mark, any suggestions for how I could remove the license easily?

Disregard, I found that I needed to revoke it from that specific user guest.
