How do we use 3rd party software already installed in our salesforce.com instance with SKUid pages? A good example is our Intcontact Phone & Chat Integration? 


We have created custom Visualforce pages / Skuid pages as the screen pops for the Softphone layouts. Is this what you’re referring to?


Yes, it would be nice to be able to do a Screen Pop, But I mean how do we incorporate the soft phone on the page so that when someone calls it acts similarly to the way SFDC would natively use the Softphone and how can they engage with people to make similar calls
