We currently have a trial license on the server that has expired.  I need to remove that license and add our contracted license, but the subject message is preventing me from doing anything.

 

Please point me in the right direction...

Sorry for the hassle with that. You can still manage the licensing from the Edit menu. Within Foxtrot Administrator, with the Licenses tab selected, you should see the 'Edit' menu in the top bar. Click this, and then select 'Manage Licenses'. From there, you can change your product key to the new one.

Thanks @john_armstrong, tried it again, but I had already tried that with no luck.



 



I ended up having to Change Product Key, put in my good license, remove the licenses which seemed to basically reset.



 



Then, Change Product Key again, the good license was still there, then I added the license, and it looks good now.
