When you add advanced commands to a recorded step, you should always add them to Step End.

 

By doing so, the application has time to load and you can be sure that the robot won't waste time on looking for the application it has to run the commands on.

 

The default of Step End is to 'Go to Next Step'.

 

When you have a core action, you'll always see it between Step Start to Step End.
