When using ‘Extract UI table text’ object, it is not returning any values even though I have a ‘Does UI object exist’ object before it which returns a value of true.

HTML and Java mode both do not work with the web application I am using so unable to use another method of pulling data from the table. 

Has anyone come across this before and could offer any advice?
