Description:
This sample demonstrates a simple invoice processing workflow for the http://rpachallenge.com sample invoices (available at https://rpachallengeocr.azurewebsites.net/). It processes incoming invoices (emails), reads invoice data and sends the extraction results back to the sender via email

Preliminary Adjustments:
- In the first step, set your subscription key, service endpoint and email credentials.
- Send a sample invoice, which can be found in the zip file, to your email.
Assumptions:
- You will need a subscription key for MS Azure's OCR.
