I'm looking for a test management software tool to store and organize our test cases. Currently, we're using the Nintex RPA LE for automation testing. We've scripted the RPA to perform regression testing by fetching test cases from our SQL Server and updating their status to complete upon finishing. I'm wondering if there's a test management software tool compatible with Nintex that can directly update test case statuses and load test cases from the management software itself, rather than relying on a SQL Server.
