New Opportunity Button Rendering Problem

When I click the add new finger lakes opportunity, and then add one. it brings me back to the opportunity page and on the pipeline tab the add new record button is still appearing when it should disappear after I add the new record.

It is very confusing to explain and much easier to show you. I am comparing the button conditions to one that is working and they are exactly the same so I do not understand what else to check.
