@ClaireT thus far we’ve received mixed feedback, with the biggest complaints being that it introduces and additional button click to find the Summary data, and there’s not sufficient indication that the content can be found via the drop-down at the top. We’re reviewing with UX the option for a user to configure if they would like the Summary property to be open automatically when accessing a process map which we think should resolve the first piece of feedback, and we’re still analyzing how to best sign-post to existing users that the content can now be found via the ribbon.

@ClaireT I’ve not had many user contact me about this so I can only share my personal observations.

While any change can be annoying and take time to adjust to, I think that the ‘Process Attributes’ being available in both the ‘Map’ and ‘Procedure’ tabs is a step forward. Also, being at the side of the screen does make lists that can be very long easier to read (i.e. documents and change log)

Here is some feedback that I have on other topics: -

1. With big changes like this, the update could be given greater prominence to the users than the ‘What’s New’ alert. For instance, a pop-up message when a user accesses Process Manager for the first time after a big update has been applied would be very beneficial. It can be as simple as “Process Manager update has been applied. eOK] dClick this link for more details]” with a link to the relevant What’s New article.
2. The change to the dashboard seems like a backwards step to me, to apply a filter is now 3 clicks ,where as before, it was one with the filter buttons. One user did say to me that they would prefer it if the selected filter would be retained when returning to dashboard after navigating away.
3. The links to processes in the dashboard do not work well when try to open the target on a new tab via ‘Left-click > Open in new tab’. In Chrome and Edge the ‘Page not found’ error is displayed. However CTRL > right-click does open the process in a new tab, which I use mostly.
4. On the Map view, the assigned users no longer pop-up when hovering the mouse over a role. I don’t know if this intentional or an oversight, it wasn’t mentioned the overview video. This had minimum benefit anyway, so it is no great loss in my opinion.

I really like that I can now see process attributes when I toggle between the Map and Procedure tab! 

Super helpful, and we’ve solved the old issue of people opening the Summary Tab when they were on the Map and it blocking the entire screen. The amount of IT tickets we could get of our users thinking that the system was “broken” cause they couldn't figure out how to minimise the summary tab…
