Hi All,

Creating a conversation thread to group together all the feedback you or your team might be experiencing with “Process Attributes” on Process Manager.

This used to be a pop up which would appear on the bottom of the “Map” tab.

It would be great if we could introduce some colour variations between the various types of changes on the Change Log within Process attributes.

There are certain changes which are more significant than others such as when a process is Published, compared to when a process has received feedback. It would be great if there was a visual indicator, either through colours or icons to help differentiate between the different types of changes in the change log.

Can we make the Change Log more compact, or allow the user to adjust the size of the side panel, or be able to filter by the type of change?

Some of our processes are at Version 20+ and the change long is very, very long, so if we need to see what version 3.0 looked like against that process we are scrolling and then clicking “Show more” many many many times…

Can we make the “Systems” section more compact, by grouping the systems, tasks and activities and then allowing a user to see each reference underneath the group?

At the moment the System tab reads like this:

Microsoft

Type

Activity

Steps(s)

2.0 Use Microsoft Outlook to send an email

Microsoft

Type

Task

Steps(s)

2.0 a

To send an email, open up Microsoft Outlook on your desktop

Microsoft

Type

Task

Steps(s)

2.0 b

Select a recipient for the email

Microsoft

Type

Task

Steps(s)

2.0 c

Enter the subject for the email

Microsoft

Type

Task

Steps(s)

2.0 d

Enter the body for the email

Microsoft

Type

Task

Steps(s)

2.0 e

Send the email

Salesforce

Type

Activity

Steps(s)

3.0 Receive a case in Salesforce when an email is received

Salesforce

Type

Task

Steps(s)

3.0 a Log into Sales Force

The information could be better displayed if it was group for example:

> Microsoft

> Salesforce

Then when the user clicks each system, it can then expand to:

> Microsoft

> Salesforce

Type: Activity

Steps(s): 3.0 Receive a case in Salesforce when an email is received

Type: Task

Steps(s): 3.0 a Log into Sales Force

I dont like the new look at all. The old way worked much better. I like for example the expandability of the the old way so you could see a list of changes with all the details. The side panel does not work for me

i agree, the new look on the change log isn’t very user friendly and its hard to read.
