How do I restrict a process group to specific users within Process Manager?

@AdrianGaribdass01 - thank you for your question.

Process group permissions can be configured via Admin > Manage Groups.

  • Click … next to the selected Process Group and select Edit Process Group.
  • Select the relevant roles under the Process Group Permissions.

I hope this helps! 😀

Hi Adrian!

To restrict specific users to a Group you would navigate to Admin>Manage Groups> Click on the 3 dots to edit> Select Edit ‘Process Group’. Under Process Group Permissions you should be able to specify users by selecting them in the Drop down under ‘USERS’(image below).

Another idea would be to use Roles to restrict to a certain group of users. You could add this in the same Manage Group overview above and select the role under the ‘Roles’ section.
